Membership Dues & Payment Information

Our fiscal year begins July 1st and membership renewals are due annually in July, regardless of your join date. However, we offer pro-rated dues based on the quarter in which you join:

📆 Pro-Rated Membership Dues by Quarter:

• July – September: $40.00 (Full Year)
• October – December: $30.00
• January – March: $20.00
• April – June: $10.00

(*June payments- If you'd like to pay the "Full Year" membership, we're happy to accept that and will make note of it on our end to carry on to the next fiscal year)

Example: If you join in February, your dues will be $20.00. Your renewal will be due again in July for the full $40.00 annual rate.

Option 1: Through Our Website

1. Visit our website and add the membership to your cart.
2. Fill out your contact information and proceed with the payment.
3. A confirmation email will be sent automatically with a link to the PDF membership form.
4. Fill out the form and email it to HDMustangclub@gmail.com.

Option 2: Use the QR Code

Scan the QR code provided on our flyers or website to be taken directly to the payment page. Once you’ve completed payment, a PDF membership form will be emailed to you.

CODE OF CONDUCT

MEMBERS MUST

- Maintain a high level of integrity, respect, and courtesy
- Treat all members equally, regardless of sex, disability, ethnic origin, or religion
- Respect the talent, developmental stage, and goals of each member
- Respect the rights, dignity, and worth of each member
- Be professional and accept responsibility for your actions
- Refrain from criticizing other clubs, spectators, members, club activities, or club ideas - Treat club members with respect
- Members are expected to act maturely when representing the High Desert Mustang Club - Create a positive (not harmful), supportive, and engaging environment

MEMBERS MUST NOT

- Refrain from failing to comply with any provision in the club's bylaws
- Act in a manner that is not in the best interest of the High Desert Mustang Club
- Behave in a way that goes against the principles outlined in this Code of Conduct
- Avoid behaving disrespectfully, antisocially, abusively, or in any manner deemed undesirable towards others
- Refrain from engaging in actions that may damage the reputation of the High Desert Mustang Club or any of its members
- Avoid displaying discriminatory behavior, harassment, or any form of disrespect

Suppose a member is found to violate the Code of Conduct. It is determined that their actions or activities have harmed the High Desert Mustang Club, its members, or its reputation. That member will be subject to disciplinary action.
